Spring Hill Academy meets their goal!

What would you be willing to do to raise money for books? Recently, Coach Adam Parrott and Mr. Dave Wilson issued a challenge to the students of Spring Hill Academy that was to good to resist! If our students could raise $500 by the end of our
Book Fair
, then every student and teacher would get to pie our two willing teachers. Each class worked hard and reached the goal, making our total $500.03. Participating on One for Books, this money allowed our school to receive $500 worth of books from Scholastic.
One for Books® provides an easy and effective way to unite the school community and provide more books for kids and teachers. All funds collected through One for Books are used to buy more books from the Book Fair. Funds can be used to:
Give more students a chance to participate in the Book Fair.
Add books to the school library.
Help teachers add more books to their classroom shelves.
Donate to another school or community organization that could use more books.
This challenge was brought to an end with the pieing of Coach Parrott and Mr. Wilson. If you would like to view a video of this, please visit our
